A class aimed for our beginners on the reformer, learning to understand breathwork throughout all the movements, the use of the reformer and focusing on posture and alignment. Designed for all but aimed at beginners.

Reform - SLT

SLT is our intermediate class and stands the principle of Pilates which is strength, lengthen and tone. Targeting all of the body through controlled movement with a mindfulness element added to the class as well.

Advanced class. This class is designed for our seasoned reformers. Working with the mat and reformer we are bringing out HIIT class style to Pilates. Expect a high-energy class still aligned with that of Pilates magic we have in the studio.

Enhance your mobility and flexibility with this gentle, reformer-based class focused on stretching and lengthening muscles. Improve your range of motion, release tension, and move more freely through guided, mindful movements. Suitable for all levels.
