Getting to us from around Manchester

The studio sits in Empress Business Centre off Chester Road in Old Trafford, M16 9EA — around ten minutes by car from Manchester city centre, and close to Trafford Park, Stretford, Chorlton, Salford Quays and Whalley Range.

Parking is free on site, which is the practical reason a lot of our members choose us over a city-centre studio. Scan the QR code on the studio door when you arrive so your registration is logged.

Memberships, packs and drop-ins

Manchester runs two membership tracks because there are two rooms. Reformer memberships start at £79 a month for four classes, rising to £184 for twelve. Mat memberships start at £48 a month for four classes.

Reformer members can drop into a mat class for £7.50, and mat members can drop into a reformer class for £12. Unlimited at £199 a month removes the split entirely and covers reformer, mat, barre, infrared and Athletic Sculpt.

Prefer not to commit? Reformer packs run from £24 for a single class to £220 for ten. Mat packs run from £15 to £130 for ten.

Private hire, corporate and events

The Manchester studio is available for private hire — team sessions, hen parties, photoshoots and corporate wellness days. Quote builders for both studio hire and corporate packages are on the homepage, and both give you an instant price without waiting for a callback.
